1. Sales Policy

1.1 Scope of Work

The project scope will be clearly defined in the official proposal or agreement before work begins. Any additional requests outside the agreed scope will be quoted and billed separately.

1.2 Payment Terms

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before the project starts.
  • The remaining balance must be paid before final delivery or website transfer.
  • No work will commence without the initial deposit.

1.3 Project Timeline

The project timeline will be determined based on the agreed scope. The timeline begins only after receiving the required content, assets, and access credentials from the client.

1.4 Revisions

The project includes 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revision requests beyond the agreed number will be billed separately.

1.5 Client Delays

If the client fails to provide feedback, content, or approvals for more than 7 days, we reserve the right to reschedule the project timeline.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 After Work Has Started

Due to the custom and digital nature of our services, payments are non-refundable once work has begun.

2.2 Before Work Has Started

A refund may be requested within 48 hours of payment, provided work has not yet started. Transaction or administrative fees may be deducted where applicable.

2.3 Project Cancellation During Execution

If the client chooses to cancel the project after work has started:

  • The value of completed work will be calculated.
  • Any remaining unused balance, if applicable, may be refunded.

2.4 Third-Party Services

Payments made for third-party services (e.g., hosting, domain names, premium plugins, licenses, or software subscriptions) are non-refundable.

2.5 Force Majeure

In cases of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters or major technical outages), each case will be handled individually and fairly.

3. General Terms

  • Approval of the proposal constitutes acceptance of this Sales & Refund Policy.
  • Final files, website access, or ownership transfer will only be provided after full payment is received.
  • We reserve the right to update this policy at any time.
